Warnings and Precautions: NOTE: Like all heat sources, the product may cause burns. See your doctor before using the product if you: - are pregnant - in case of any skin disease e.g. photodermatosis, psoriasis or very sensitive skin. Consult a doctor immediately: - if pain persists, - in case of accidentally swallow of the powder contained in the product, If powder contained in the product come into contact with skin, mucous membranes or eyes, rinse with water immediately and consult a doctor. Do not use the product: - on people who are unable to remove the patch by themselves, - in a state of decreased concentration e.g. after taking sedatives or consumption of alcohol. - on the facial area and mucous membranes, - in the bath or shower, - on the same area for more than 8 hours within a 24 hour period. If your skin becomes sensitive do not apply the patch in the same place. Use carefully on buttocks, thighs and lower abdomen, as these areas are more prone to burns. Never apply strong pressure on the patch - do not bandage or lie on it, do not use while sleeping as it may cause burns. Never place a blanket or duvet on the patch as too much heat may cumulate. Immediately discontinue use if the patch feels too hot or skin reacts adversely (swelling, egzema, prolonged redness). Never use a patch that is torn or damaged. Do not cut, tear, bite or otherwise damage the patch. Keep out of reach of children and pets, both before and after use. Do not reheat the patch in a microwave or reuse it in any other way. To avoid increased risk of burns, remove product before undergoing any MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) procedures. Do not reuse. This is a single use device. Reused product does not maintain its heating properties. Directions for Use: Single use patch for external use only. Immediately before use, open the pouch and remove the patch. Apply the patch to clean, dry and non-greasy skin in the painful area. The patch will warm up gradually to maximum 43 degrees. Do not use patch for more than 8 hours during any 24 hour period. After this time gently remove it. Do not apply another patch onto the same area for a period of at least 24 hours.
