Mono-axially oriented polypropylene backing with 150 N/CM of tensile strength, 40% elongation, excellent adhesion on most plastic overwraps. Designed to be used after the heat shrinking process to form an adhesive carry handle.
Scotch® 8347 HP is a high-performance adhesive tape for handles with a carrier material made of mono-axially stretched polypropylene film (MOPP) and a synthetic rubber adhesive (solvent-free). This special adhesive is particularly suitable for the automatic application of carrying handles and has high shear strength and very good adhesion to different foils.
